We provide capital for public companies with PIPE
financing, stock loans, and non-toxic Equity Lines of
Credit. We also purchase aged debt (2 years or older) from
public companies and non-affiliates and we pay dollar for
dollar. In addition, we make a direct investment into the
public company equal to the amount of debt we purchase. We
also provide Asset-Based financing secured with equipment,
accounts receivable, and other liquid assets.
We prepare all Private Placement documents to allow
companies to legally raise capital by complying with all
State and Federal security laws. In addition, we arrange
presentations with accredited investors qualified to make
an investment.
We also take companies public with a reverse merger, S-1
Registration, or Form 10 filing. We handle all of the
legal work, filings, arrange for market makers, access to
capital, institutional and retail support for the
stock.
